This exhibit was part of the Global Caribbean V exhibit at the Little Haiti Cultural Center in Miami, FL. The two-sided exhibit included an iPad display featuring the website MappingArtsproject.org, and some highlights from that site's presentation of the cultural history of Miami.
I thought it would be a nice contrast to use the street grid of Miami as a graphic element behind the multi-colored map markers that are a feature of the site, then present the selected entries below in a clean grid.
